Traction Coaching Privacy Policy
Traction Coaching is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and how we keep it secure. As a client, when you attend an initial session, we begin with a working agreement that explains client confidentiality and data protection, as well as when confidentiality may be breached. You will need to sign this agreement before we commence working together.
The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
Full Name, Preferred Name, Address (optional), Contact Number, Email Address
Skype, Zoom, Teams or another video identification
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:
To provide coaching services
To advise you of goods or services you may be interested in
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Identify and communicate with you
Deliver the agreed coaching services
We keep session notes to support the delivery of our coaching services.
We do not share your personal information with anyone else unless in pursuit of coaching on your behalf and only then if we have your permission to do so. In exceptional circumstances we may be required by law and our ethical responsibilities to break our confidentiality with you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in Microsoft 365.
We keep your personal information for 3 years after your last coaching session. We will then dispose of all your personal information.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
